Deposits

Project deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover initial planning, design, and resource allocation.

Milestone-Based Projects

Refunds may be issued for milestones not yet started. Completed milestones are non-refundable.

Retainer Services

Monthly retainers can be cancelled anytime; the current billing cycle is non-refundable, but no further charges apply after cancellation.

Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party costs already incurred (domains, hosting, app store fees, premium plugins, dialer setup fees).
• Completed and approved deliverables.
