Services

Codalithic provides AI automation, app development, website development, e-commerce, WordPress, and Shopify services as described on this site or in a signed proposal.

Scope & Payment

• Scope, timeline, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
• A deposit may be required; final deliverables are released upon full payment.
• Revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access (hosting, domain, app store accounts) required to complete the project.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party tools, licences, or pre-existing Codalithic frameworks.

AI Automation Consent

AI call agent setup requires explicit client consent for number verification through our dialing partner. Codalithic is not liable for third-party platform outages affecting automated tools.

Limitation of Liability

Codalithic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of delivered websites, apps, or automation tools.
